Simple rules for using PsiDrive.
These V1 terms describe the intended use of PsiDrive while the service is in early production.
Acceptable use
You may use PsiDrive to transfer files you are legally allowed to possess and share. You must not use the service to distribute malware, stolen material, illegal content, abusive content, or material that infringes another person's rights.
Temporary service
PsiDrive is a temporary transfer service, not a backup or archival product. Transfers are expected to expire after their configured retention period, and users should keep their own original copies.
Security features
PsiDrive provides browser-side encryption, optional transfer passwords, limited retention and optional delete-after-first-download. These controls reduce exposure but do not create an absolute guarantee against every possible device, browser, endpoint or network compromise.
Availability
The service may be changed, rate-limited, suspended or temporarily unavailable for maintenance, abuse prevention, security, infrastructure incidents or cost protection. Free-tier limits may change as the service evolves.
User responsibility
You are responsible for protecting share links, passwords and recipient access. Anyone who obtains a valid share link and any required password may be able to access the transfer while it remains active.
Prohibited sensitive use
Do not use PsiDrive V1 for workflows that require a formal business associate agreement, payment-card compliance scope, government-classified handling requirements, or other contractual security assurances that have not been expressly provided.
Ownership
PsiDrive does not claim ownership of files you transfer. The service name, interface, branding and software are claimed by Leocloud Pvt Ltd (Sabyasachi), subject to applicable law and any third-party rights.
